This is a 4-high 1150mm cold rolling mill manufactured by Wuxi Jingcheng. It is equipped with a 1250kW main motor (350/1000 rpm), a 900kW recoiling motor (400/1200 rpm), and a 750kW uncoiling motor (400/1200 rpm). The mill has a maximum designed rolling width of 1050mm, with an actual maximum inlet thickness of 4.0mm and a practical minimum finished thickness of 0.2mm, at a rolling speed of 260 m/min. It features an AGC screw-down system with a maximum rolling force of 1,500 tons. The electrical control system is in good condition, and a comprehensive set of spare parts is included, such as backup rolls, work rolls, bearings, heaters, etc. The equipment is still in operation and disassembly/refurbishment services are available upon request.
