This 950mm rewinding line was commissioned in 2012 and shut down in 2026, with a reasonable service life. It is mainly used for rewinding, inspection, and slitting of cold-rolled strips, serving as a key downstream facility in cold rolling production lines.

This 1450mm 6-Hi cold rolling mill features AGC hydraulic screw-down, Siemens electric control, and high-power main & coiler/uncoiler motors (1350kW×2 each), enabling high-precision rolling with a max width of 1300mm and a min finished thickness of 0.2mm.

This slitting line is manufactured by Wuxi Puxin, a well-known Chinese equipment supplier. It features a four-motor independent drive system for enhanced process control, comprising a 22 kW uncoiler, 15 kW tension unit, 75 kW slitting unit, and 110 kW recoiler. The slitting shaft diameter is Ø220 mm, ensuring robust rigidity and stable cutting performance. With its compact design and reliable motor configuration, this line is well-suited for mid-width coil processing with high efficiency and operational flexibility.

This 850mm rewinding line is equipped with a high-performance DC motor drive system. The uncoiler motor delivers 49.5kW with a speed range of 900–2000 rpm, while the rewinder motor provides 81kW with a speed range of 540–1600 rpm, ensuring smooth and efficient strip rewinding. With its compact structure and excellent control performance, it is ideal for high-precision rewinding applications requiring superior surface quality.

This 2000mm slitting line offers a processing thickness range of 2–12mm and a maximum width of 2000mm, accommodating a wider variety of metal strip specifications. It features a sturdy Ø300mm slitting shaft driven by a 160kW motor and a 220kW recoiler motor, delivering strong performance for efficient and precise slitting of medium to heavy-gauge materials. It combines reliable performance with excellent cost-effectiveness.

This 2000mm slitting line, manufactured by Taiyuan Huaye Equipment Research Institute, offers a maximum processing thickness of 3mm and width of 1950mm. It is equipped with a 2+5 roll pre-leveler and powerful slitting and recoiling drives (160kW slitting motor, 250kW recoiler motor), enabling efficient and precise metal strip slitting.
