More →This is a 20-high 1150mm cold rolling mill manufactured by Henan Tailong in 2014, with major components (electric controls, motor, gearbox) replaced in 2018. It is equipped with a 1500kW main motor, and both the recoiler and uncoiler are also 1500kW each. The mill has a maximum designed rolling width of 1050mm, a maximum inlet thickness of 3.0mm, and can produce a minimum finished thickness of 0.07mm at a rolling speed of 800 m/min. It features an AGC screw-down system with a maximum rolling force of 3500kN and uses a collapsible drum for coiling. The electrical control system, supplied by Schneider and Inovance, is in good condition. The equipment ceased production in December 2025 and has an annual capacity of approximately 0.18–0.36 million tons, suitable for rolling mild steel (MS).
